A Hilton Always Gets Her Way…
OK, for all you dick licks who didn’t know by now, Paris Hilton always gets her way. It looks as though, a Federal panel has ordered the case to proceed with Hallmark. For those of you who don’t know, Paris Hilton brought a suit against Hallmark for illegally using her image and slogan on a card.
OK, Pop-quiz time. How many of you Red Carpet Readers knew that Paris Hilton owns the ACTUAL words, “That’s Hot.” Yes, owns it, Bitch bought the rights to that phrase. So just in case you feel the need to say, “Omg, that’s hot” then throw a penny in the Paris Hilton is as rich as God piggy bank. And the next time you say, ”that slut is dumb,” show me your patent on a phrase, thanks. Folks at Hallmark should know better right? I think we’re calling Paris Hilton dumb correct? And no one thought to contact her about this? Hello? The Stars Are Blind over at Hallmark.
Anyway, the case will proceed as Paris is suing $100,000 (money to get her nails done) and it looks like the Judge isn’t in the favor of Hallmark. I hope that Paris wins. No, not because I love her, but because a huge corporation such as this, should be doing their homework. If I were Paris though, I’d sue for way more than the amount of her cell phone bill, I mean really…Hey whatever happened to Nicole Richie?
