Red Carpet Readers have voted and it looks as though not many of you are that excited for, “Rated R.”  Rihanna’s new album “Rated R” is being released November 23rd, and when asked if you would be buying, many of you said no!  In a tie on the poll, it looks like some of you will be running out for the new album!  While the rest of you would rather play Russian Roulette.
